Correspondence
- Pension request for M. Johnson reviewed and approved.
- Pension request for D McGee reviewed and approved.
- Received Thank you letter from IBEW Safety Caucus Spring meeting sponsorship signed by Lonny Stevenson.
- Received Thank you letter from WRTP/Big Step for sponsoring the 7th annual open house.
- Wisconsin Alliance Retired Americans. Approved $290 membership renewal.
- Labor Community at Work 2018 partnership with Hope Center for feeding the homeless on August 18, 2018. Approved donation of $500 towards event.
- Fox Valley Labor Day Council request for donation for the Labor Day picnic. Approved $250 donation to help defray the cost of the event.

Business Manager's Report – M. Follett
- IBEW State Conference most likely will have discussion on raising the per capita to spend more on the political with labor friendly candidates.
- PBNP:
- Negotiations
- 2.75/2.75/2.5 percent increases with a $1500 ratification bonus.
- Tried to align the benefits with the corporate benefits.
- 3-year contract.
- VuBiz program, Free trial period to determine if we want to purchase. Self-training on Microsoft office applications, Customer Service Skills, Interview skills, etc. The link to take a look will be on the IBEW website for members to take a look and try it out.
- Vern Peterson, Joe Zauner and myself have chosen the replacement for Safety Liaison replacement, Tom Guetzke, current troubleshooter. He will continue training to get qualified.
- Ingeteam, we won the NLRB hearing to certify the employees. Ingeteam can appeal the decision up to July 24, 2018.
- Introduced Brian Smith, Safety Liaison for the line clearance. He spoke on the Utility Arborist Association Wisconsin Safety Summit for Midwest, looking for sponsorship and participation.

Good of the Union
- Picnic celebration for Ingeteam, Saturday, July 14th at the union hall from 11-2pm.
- Joe Zauner, one of our members, Ryan Slade has been diagnosed with ALS, they are working on the details of a raffle to help offset the upcoming expenses the Slade Family will incur. Please watch for further details on how to help out or purchase tickets.
- Vacant seat Unit 8 – Vice Chair, Kevin Ballangee put his name in. Approved to appoint Kevin Ballangee as Vice Chair.
- Vacant seat Unit 9 – Vice Chair, Mike Mau and Leonard Biddle put their names in, Approved to appoint Mike Mau as Vice Chair.
