-     Participated in accident investigation involving an apprentice who was burned while working on a crew that was setting the pole (electrical contact made on shoulder).  While the crew was a qualified crew, L.U. 2150 was persistent in stressing the importance of members’ experience in doing the work.  The company needs to look not only at having a qualified crew, but also at the experience of those individuals and the work they are to perform.
