Organizing Award

Dear Brother Koenig,

Recently you were going to take a job with Poseidon Hydro Excavation LLC, however they were not a Local 2150 contractor. You informed the owner of Poseidon Hydro Excavation LLC, Bill Lietzke, that you would work for them only if they became signatory with Local 2150 as you wanted to stay an IBEW member.  

With your assistance, Organizer Jim Meyer and I were able to talk with Mr. Lietzke and explain the benefits of being a 2150 contractor. After a few phone calls and emails we were successful in having him sign a Letter of Assent to our Power Agreement as of October 28, 2019. You were instrumental in helping Local 2150 organize Poseidon Hydro Excavation LLC.

We look forward to working with Poseidon Hydro Excavation LLC as a new contractor and are pleased to present you with this $500 award for a successful organizing campaign. Thank you for being Union Proud.
