Questions and Answers (Q&A) - National Disease Emergency Response Agreement (NDERA)

Attention Local 2150 members working under a NECA contract. Please see the attachment below for the Q and A's so far from the rollout of the NDERA Agreement. While we know this will not answer every question and the situation is constantly changing, it will hoepfully answer some concerns.
